What you’ll do

As a Sustainability Lead , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability and carbon reduction ambitions across our housing portfolio. Working within the Homes directorate, you’ll lead the development and delivery of strategies that support net zero, improve energy efficiency, and enhance the long‑term performance of our homes.

The Sustainability Lead role focuses on embedding sustainability into investment decisions, operational delivery, and resident engagement. You’ll shape programmes that support retrofit, carbon reduction, and improved environmental outcomes for residents. As a Sustainability Lead, you’ll work across teams and with external partners to ensure sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
