As a Swimming Coordinator in our Shropshire Community Trust team, you’ll lead and shape a high-quality swimming lessons programme that supports skills for life, builds confidence and strengthens community wellbeing.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where your work has real purpose. You’ll play a key part in helping children and adults develop essential water safety skills, while growing participation, improving customer experience and ensuring our centres are the swim lesson provider of choice in the local community.
