Are you a skilled and passionate swim instructor with at least two years of experience? Join us at ChildServe as a Swim Instructor at our Johnston location, where you can make a difference in children’s lives through our unique swim program! Our warm, 92-degree indoor pool provides an inviting environment for lessons, respite groups, and therapy year-round for children with special healthcare needs.
Schedule
+ Flexible evening or weekend hours based on your availability
+ 2-10 hours per week
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Teach group parent/child swim lesson classes or conduct private 1:1 swim lessons.
+ Ensure the safety and encourage effective movements of students during class.
+ Implement tailored movements or instructional feedback based on students' needs.
