Job Summary

Freedom Leisure, a leading charitable leisure trust, is looking for a Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities. The role involves teaching, coaching, and ensuring the safety and progress of participants.

Hours

Various hours are available per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to children and adults as part of the centre’s programme.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about progress and development.
• Assist in supervising customers in the pool area, ensuring safety and discipline.
• Support all participants to achieve their swimming goals.

Requirements

• Level 2 swimming teaching qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
• Experience or ability to work with children and their parents.
• DBS check.
