• All IT Operations on ILA Banking applications deployed on AWS Cloud
• First level support on ILA Banking applications
• First level and 2nd level support on AWS Infrastructure and Operations
• Backups management on AWS cloud and on On-Premises
• Apply patches and implement baselines in co-ordination with System admins and Information Security
• Patching and CIS baselines AWS resources
