Job Description
Coordinate and support Atlassian Cloud and Data Center instances, including user management, permissions, workflows, schemes, and project configurations for Jira Software, Confluence, JSM, and Jira Align. Manage and administer Atlassian Cloud organization, sites, and centralized user management (Atlassian Admin Hub / Vortex). Install, configure, and manage marketplace apps and integrations across Cloud. Implement and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation. Configure and maintain integrations with other Atlassian products and third-party applications. Customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, and other configurations to meet evolving business requirements. Optimize Confluence Cloud spaces, templates, and macros to enhance user experience and content governance. Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation reports as required.
