Job Description

The Systems and Applications Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for assigned systems and applications, ensuring their optimal performance through maintenance, backups, and security measures. The specialist collaborates with stakeholders to document business requirements, performs system updates, and executes change management processes. Additionally, he or she will provide Tier 1 support, conduct user acceptance testing, and develop programs to improve operational efficiency.
