Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with customer needs.
• Assist in defining projects and change requests, including analyzing customer needs and estimating effort for proposed changes.
• Understand the existing client’s environment, identify the gaps between company’s solution and the customer’s setup, and propose viable solutions, options, or workarounds to address these gaps. Participate in implementing the proposed solutions.
• Ensure all solutions meet or exceed required standards, maintain quality, and are delivered on time.
