We are looking for a System Controller (SYSCON) to be part of one or more teams in Management, Co-ordination, administration and maintenance troubleshooting of IT, IT Security and OEM Telecommunications systems.
Responsibilities - Perform daily duty on system monitoring
- Perform incident management and elevate incidents to lvl 2 maintenance team
- Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates
- Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
- Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users
