Job Description
Troubleshoot system-level issues across automation platforms (ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems)
Investigate incidents using logs, SQL queries, and system data
Support commissioning and go-live phases of new system deployments
Work on-site to diagnose and resolve system faults in real time
Collaborate with overseas engineering teams for issue resolution
Maintain system performance, reporting, and documentation
