Job Description :
• Takeover software delivery from the customer and deploy new solutions.
• Analyze requirements from customer and to propose solution that meet the requirements
• Manage and deliver software implementation projects to customer on schedule, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Set up, install, configure, troubleshoot & support technical infrastructure of the software delivery.
• Manage risks & propose solutions for any technical issues arising during operation of software services.
• Develop strategies to minimize calls and improve response time, resolution time of software problems.
• Manage changes to technology in both software solution and front end products
• Improve product and solutions capability within sales teams through education and training initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
• Relevant technology certifications.
