Job Description
Job Description System and Hardware Management - Support and manage various operating systems including Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu), Solaris, IBM AIX, and Oracle Linux.
- Manage system software and hardware such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, clustering solutions, SAN/NAS storage, and virtualization platforms.
Incident and Problem Management - Respond to system incidents according to severity levels and meet service level requirements.
- Handle high‑pressure situations, identify problems, and make quick decisions to resolve issues.
- Adhere to incident management workflows and procedures.
Documentation and Reporting - Maintain and update system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), guidelines, and daily checklists.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on system performance, capacity planning, and incident analysis.
