We are seeking a System Engineer to provide first-level technical support for our POS systems and IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will assist in system installation, troubleshooting, and customer support to ensure smooth operations for our clients in the F&B industry. Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for POS systems and related IT infrastructure. Install and configure POS terminals, receipt printers, kitchen printers, and payment devices. Assist in network setup including routers, switches, and WiFi access points. Perform system troubleshooting and basic fault diagnosis.
