• Candidate need not have all four—any strong combination works (e.g., Exchange + SQL or M365 + SharePoint).
• Unix & DB Team :
• At least one database platform (Oracle, SAP HANA).
• Server Team :
• OS (Windows/Linux) and networking mandatory.
• Database knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Media Management Team :
• Windows + networking mandatory.
• Storage concepts and troubleshooting required (disk storage; tape optional).
• If one candidate has Windows + VMware + Cloud (Azure/AWS) , that’s ideal.
