System Integrator (Pretoria)

We are looking for a System Integrator to join the engineering team. The cumbent will be programming PLC and SCADA for new projects and supporting O&M team on existing PLC programs.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Prepare a functional description specification from control philosophy and detailed design of the approved solution for the client to ensure the effective development.

Design system architecture for software implementations.

Design and configure industrial communication networks for software implementations (ethernet, fibre, Profinet, etc.)

Design, develop, test, and implement PLC programs according to approved functional description specifications and ensure the optimal functioning thereof.

 Design, develop, test, and implement SCADA and/or HMI applications according to functional description specifications and ensure the optimal functioning thereof.
