About the role

We’re looking for a senior systems engineer to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of collaboration and productivity platforms across Tesco. The role owns technology strategy and roadmap execution across Microsoft 365, collaboration services, and emerging Generative AI capabilities, developing solutions from concept through to operational handover.

You will be responsible for

• Own the architectural strategy and roadmap for collaboration and productivity platforms, ensuring alignment to cost, security, governance and colleague experience.
• Design and deliver new technologies and platform enhancements from conception through to operational support.
• Act as the senior engineering authority for collaboration technologies, representing Workplace Engineering across Tesco Technology and with vendors.
