Responsibilities

+ Serve as the primary engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration and communications services, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.

+ Configure, deploy, administer, and support Teams Phone capabilities including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, call queues, auto attendants, voicemail, voice routing, emergency calling, PSTN integrations, and policy management.
