For our European operations, the central team in Glasgow provides operational support for technical interfaces across 19 countries in the region.
We are looking for aSystems Support Analyst to join our Business Support Team. This is a great opportunity to build experience in systems support, business operations and customer service systems within a global insurance environment.
You will support the Accident & Health Customer Service and Business Operations teams by helping to keep key systems, batch processes and reporting running smoothly. This role would suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and eager to learn.
