To provide technical and operational 1st line support to the business to facilitate operational effectiveness. Support includes all products, systems and 3rd party applications.
Resolve all allocated support queries within agreed service level agreements
· Provide after hour 1st line support to all staff when required and assist with all
SSD related queries
· Support all internal and external approved products for the business and
Wings clients
· Investigate all calls before escalating and ensure all work done is captured in
the logging system
Qualifications:
At least 3 years’ experience in the IT industry
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology
Knowledge in the following:
Citrix
· Microsoft
· AVAYA
· Linux
