£14.24 per hour (increasing with experience/qualifications)

Vision for Education are recruiting for a TA - Complex Needs to work within a specialist school setting in the Cheltenham area, supporting children and young people with Autism, severe learning difficulties, communication needs, and associated behavioural or sensory needs.

This TA - Complex Needs role involves working closely with teachers and support staff to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils with communication, emotional regulation, engagement, and independence throughout the school day.
