We are looking for a Recruiter with a Successful track record as a Technical Recruiter in a Staffing Industry. Primary Skills: Sourcing, Screening, Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment should be willing to work across technologies and across levels. Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-time/permanent) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), per-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations and hiring documentation.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. A creative, forward thinker should be alert and receptive. Manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process for the business needs.
Proven experience in Multiple clients handling and interaction with them from sourcing to closing, as a single point of contact. Should have worked as an individual contributor. Experienced working with direct clients.
