• To maintain CCH Tagetik related matters to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
• To gather requirements, design and configure of CCH Tagetik to implement / enhance integration solutions that align with business objectives
• To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead, vendors & other related stakeholders
• To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
