Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and propose thermal management system solutions based on project requirements, supporting data center, telecommunications, and industrial applications.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to analyze and improve the thermal performance of existing products, enhancing system efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical consultation, solution presentations, and project support to the sales team.
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting services related to thermal management systems for customers.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, test reports, and application guidelines.
- Monitor and research emerging thermal management technologies, cooling solutions, and industry trends, providing feedback to support product development and optimization.
