Relevant experience in a similar role (RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing). ● 4+ years experience in the recruiting and staffing industry is preferable. ● Stakeholder management on Operational management level. ● Consulting and advising clients in RPO or MSP solutions. ● client relationship building with Department heads and HR directors. ● Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into effective Talent acquisition strategies.
