Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing to offer negotiation. Proactively identify and approach top talent through direct headhunting and market mapping. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
