As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage recruitment activities, develop strategies, source candidates, and guide hiring managers through the process, supporting an inclusive, diverse workforce.
Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, key accountabilities include:
- Leading recruitment operations and weekly meetings.
- Managing the hiring cycle for management, program/supervisory/professional (PSP), and senior support staff positions, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interview design, scheduling, testing, reference checks, and offer communications.
- Advising hiring managers on cost‑effective advertising placements based on labour market analysis.
