Overview

AutoCanada is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across our dealership, collision, and corporate network throughout Canada. This role partners directly with operational and executive leadership to drive hiring strategy, build strong talent pipelines, and lead a high‑performing recruitment team.

Success comes from understanding dealership operations, building strong partnerships, operating with urgency, and driving hiring results in fast‑paced environments.
