• Resolve Requests: Efficiently handle recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow.
• Verify: Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Engage: Collaborate with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates, and other stakeholders such as Payroll, HRBP, Legal, Security, and Fleet to streamline processes.
• Administration: Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring smooth transitions.
