Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

Review and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.

Review applications for previous BWXT employment history and perform due diligence regarding eligibility for rehire.
