As a Talent Acquisition Partner in FLSmidth you have a diversity in tasks, from working with international and local recruitment, to involvement in employer branding, benchmarking of salary levels and psychometric assessments.
You have both global and senior management exposure while also engaging with colleagues in People & Sustainability to align on contract negotiations, succession planning and using systems and processes in Workday.
