POSITION SUMMARY:


The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the intern and co-op experience by designing and executing onboarding and engagement strategies that support both candidate success and evolving business needs. In close partnership with campus recruiters, this role helps standardize processes, drive continuous improvement projects , and enhance the overall intern/co-op program.
