About The Role Job Purpose: To take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle across CCS, delivering high-quality hires that meet operational needs, strengthen our culture, and stay with the business long-term. This role will combine data-driven recruitment with innovative sourcing and employer brand initiatives to attract and retain the best talent in the market, particularly in high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and securing top talent across the business. Working closely with hiring managers and the People team, they will build talent pipelines, manage recruitment campaigns, promote CCSs employer brand, and deliver a positive candidate experience that supports the successful attraction and retention of high quality employees.
