About The Role Job Purpose: To take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle across CCS, delivering high-quality hires that meet operational needs, strengthen our culture, and stay with the business long-term. This role will combine data-driven recruitment with innovative sourcing and employer brand initiatives to attract and retain the best talent in the market, particularly in high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and securing top talent across the business.
