We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to take the reins of our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This isn't just a role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist; it’s a role for a process owner.
You will be the face of the company for every candidate, the strategic partner for every hiring manager, and the architect of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
From the first Hello to the first day of orientation, you own the experience.
Requirements for success:
- Manage the entire candidate journey: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess cultural fit, technical aptitude, and salary alignment.
- Lead kick-off meetings for new roles and provide weekly data-driven updates on pipeline health
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to find candidates in a competitive market.
