Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts in Cape Town, from sourcing and interviewing to offer stage and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans Support local hiring needs by managing recruitment reports and data. Run day-to-day HR administrative tasks for the Cape Town office, including documentation, contracts, and employee file management. Handle and run the site-level payroll process and ensure accuracy and timely delivery in collaboration with the finance team. Ensure all HR practices in Cape Town comply with local labor laws and internal company policies. Maintain accurate records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
