The focus of the role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely attraction, assessment and appointment of suitably qualified talent, while building strong talent pipelines, ensuring compliance with recruitment governance, and delivering a professional candidate and stakeholder experience.
CRITICAL OUTPUTS
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through to onboarding coordination across multiple business units
- Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed turnaround times and support workforce planning and recruitment pipeline initiatives
- Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding support
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
