The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination. The role focuses on attracting high-quality talent aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (white collar and/or blue collar).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Develop job descriptions in line with business needs.
- Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Indeed), recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
