Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with experience are also encouraged
• Must have a personal laptop and personal mobile phone
• Must have a stable internet connection at home
• Must be able to work on-site in Makati 3–4 times per month
• Must be available to start immediately

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in IT recruitment
• Experience in support or leadership hiring
• Experience in medical recruitment
• Experience in Volume ( CSR & TSR ) recruitment
