Talent Assessment Specialist – EMEA, Financial Services

As a Talent Assessment Specialist, you’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. You will play a pivotal role in screening and assessing candidates for corporate/tech roles for our Financial Services client in the EMEA regions.

What you will be doing

• Participate in role briefings with recruiters to gain a thorough understanding of position requirements
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens based on established criteria, evaluating candidates’ skills and experience to assess their suitability for various roles
• Prepare detailed candidate notes in the Applicant Tracking System for recruiter review
• Confidently share your assessment of candidates’ skills and personality fit, and flag any concerns to the recruitment team as appropriate
