As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be part of our global Talent Attraction Shared Service Center, delivering high‑quality, standardized recruitment services across multiple countries and functions. In this role, you contribute to efficient, scalable, and compliant hiring processes, with a strong focus on candidate experience and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment execution, from requisition intake to offer stage, within defined frameworks.
• Screen candidates, conduct structured interviews, and prepare shortlists aligned with role requirements.
• Manage multiple requisitions in parallel, ensuring SLA adherence and timely delivery.
• Support hiring managers through structured intake meetings, interview coordination, and selection processes.
