Talent Consultant – focused on delivering exceptional candidate and client service, placing qualified candidates sourced by the Central Delivery team. The role supports associates’ continued employment and meets clients’ hiring needs with well‑matched talent.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates and associates to improve work wellness, retention and employability.
• Partner with Central Delivery teams to develop a diverse candidate pipeline, networking locally and executing grassroots recruitment efforts.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to meet client requirements and solve recruitment challenges.
• Assess candidate qualifications and suitability for client roles.
• Coaching candidates for client interviews and serving as an advocate for candidates with clients.
