PwC Malaysia’s Human Capital team, particularly the Talent Management group, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support talent development, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operations on a short-term basis. This role offers hands‑on exposure to a global professional services workforce within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Management activities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing talent development and engagement initiatives
- Schedule and coordinate talent conversations, including managing calendars and meeting logistics
- Send meeting invitations, track attendance, and ensure timely follow‑ups
- Support the end‑to‑end logistics of talent‑related activities (e.g., workshops, engagement sessions)
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to talent processes
