What to expect

The Talent Development Partner - Capability is responsible for supporting the design, coordination and delivery of impactful Performance, Talent and Development initiatives as part of the Talent Management strategy. This role plays a key part in building enterprise-wide initiatives that supports the overall organisational culture, performance and transformation agenda.

The Talent Development Partner - Capability will design learning and development interventions aligned to capability frameworks, skills gaps and future requirements, translating capability needs into clear learning outcomes, programme structures and development journeys.
