Job Summary

Owns the overall Talent management function, including strategy, revenue targets, team direction, influencer/talent network growth, and performance standards. Leads the department to deliver measurable business results through influencer campaigns, talent commercialization, and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 7 to 10 yrs in influencer marketing, talent management, media, entertainment, or digital marketing. At least 5 yrs in a leadership or managerial role handling teams, revenue, targets, and strategic planning.
