About the Role

We’re hiring a Talent Operations Associate to support our fast-growing recruitment team. This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week) ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in recruiting, operations, or HR. You’ll work alongside senior recruiters to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You won’t be reviewing resumes or sourcing candidates — instead, you’ll focus on owning operational workflows , handling candidate communications , and helping us run efficient, scalable hiring campaigns . You’ll also have the opportunity to shape how we work by providing feedback on tools, templates, and processes.
