Taproom Manager at Belleville Brewing Co.

Job Description

Our taproom is our pride and joy and we are looking for a creative, energetic and hard-working taproom manager to join our team.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving customers with a smile.
  • Keeping The Taproom clean and tidy and doing all those jobs that no-one wants to do.
  • Ordering stock including guest kegs and other drinks and snacks.
  • Posting on social media.
  • Updating the booking system and payment systems.
  • Being nice and friendly and playing well with others.

    • The post is a full-time position and you will work at least 2 full weekends per month. Salary to be discussed. We work a 40 hour week at Belleville and we give 20 days holiday per year excluding bank holidays. There is a company pension scheme. The salary quoted excludes any bonus structure.
