To provide technical support, problem solving, and training across SOAF manufacturing sites by advising, evaluating, and controlling target achievements during new project start-ups or relocations, while driving efficiency and continuous process improvements.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible of problem solving when a factory has exhausted their knowledge.Collaborate with Product Development Managers to identify and reduce risksProvides learning to the factories through trainings aligned previously with the Operations manager.Supports start-up of new projects in the factories and/or product relocations.Pursuits company interests.
