Job Responsibilities

Subsidy

• To keep track of MOPS, LPG, POME pricing and exchange rate in anticipation of the Tax regime from time to time.
• To compile and disseminate Automatic Mechanism (APM) rates for relevant departments and for the purpose of subsidy claim calculation. In addition to that, to do forecast for Sales Tax & Subsidy for the company cashflow efficiency.
• To review and improve APM and Rates and Regime templates for optimal operating efficiency.
• To coordinate with respective terminal personnel in compiling data and ensure Sales tax and Subsidy documents reached terminals within submission deadline by Customs.
• To follow up with terminal personnel to ensure Customs acknowledgements are returned to department on timely basis.
