Job Description
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Business Process Management with experience in WHT tax compliance activities in Mexico
- Hands‑on experience and knowledge of withholding in Mexico
- Experience building relationships with both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Strong analytical and critical skills with the ability to relate processes and associated technical aspects to business partners in a straightforward fashion
- Demonstrated advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in creating and tracking metrics and process SOPs
- Excellent drafting skills to communicate complex tax ideas and issues to business groups
- Well‑rounded knowledge of MS Office
- English proficiency
- MBA Finance or equivalent degrees
- ERP experience such as Oracle or SAP
- Detail‑oriented individual who takes ownership of projects
