Job Description

Tax Compliance and Reporting

• Prepare and file all required tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with BIR and other regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations including VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, and local government requirements.
• Handle BIR audits, correspondence, and coordination during assessments or investigations.
• Maintain updated knowledge on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure financial reports reflect correct accounting treatment and tax impact.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit season.

Supervision and Coordination

• Supervise day-to-day recording of sales and expenses, ensuring accurate classification and completeness.
