Overview
Finance Officer prepares and reviews financial information. He/she manages account records, process transactions, and analyze financial data. He/she also advise Finance Officers, Team Leaders and internal departments on best practices to ensure compliance in financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitors compliance of regional offices on the day-to-day tasks;
- Monitors compliance of regional offices on the requirements of their respective RDO and LGU;
- Checks supporting documents if they met the minimum requirements of BIR;
- Assists in submission of letters and documents to the BIR;
- Assists in the preparation of documents during BIR audits;
- Assists in liaising to LGU and other government agencies for HQ; and
- Other tax-related tasks that may be assigned.
